Marc Sirockman brings 30 years of industry experience, unique perspectives, and a passion for excellence to all his client engagements. Following successful field, management, and sales training positions in the pharma/biotech industry, Marc is skilled in developing strategic insights within the complex touchpoint-matrix framework required to engage healthcare providers, caregivers, payers, and patients. Marc was named a Top 100 PharmaVOICE Most Inspiring Leader in both 2013 and 2015. Marc’s mission is to creatively engage with stakeholders to achieve an impactful, single, shared voice of truth to drive performance within the complex health ecosystem.
Shauna brings over a decade of experience across the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and research markets. She has a passion for innovation and driving impact and has demonstrated success through her strong collaborations and supportive partnerships with clinical and medical affairs, launch excellence and beyond. Shauna is a leader in supporting her team and in driving value to support MedEvoke’s partners and clients. Utilizing her knowledge of the therapeutic market, as well as clinical development and organizational objectives, Shauna employs creative thinking combined with data insight to deliver unique and strategic solutions. Shauna received her BS in biology from Salisbury University, Maryland, with a focus on premed studies and genetic research. She also holds a second degree in psychology from Towson University and earned her MBA with a specialization in management, project management, and marketing.
David Segarnick, PhD

David has extensive inline and pipeline analysis experience in major therapeutic areas and rare diseases, and is the architect of numerous pharmacological strategic narratives underlying clinical differentiation and education for some of the most important drug introductions in recent years, including gene therapy and cancer immunotherapy. David has served on the faculty of the NYU School of Medicine, Bellevue Hospital, and the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System and is the author of more than two dozen articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and textbooks. He currently serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacology, Physiology & Neuroscience, Rutgers Biomedical Health Sciences, New Jersey Medical School.
Operations & Project Management
Keli has over 20 years of related industry experience in project management and client services and has been a part of the MedEvoke team since 2014. Keli has been instrumental in helping build an operational foundation to support the growth of MedEvoke, including development and refinement of project plans and process flow, resourcing and implementation of internal project management systems. Keli provides cross-functional team oversite to drive a highly efficient delivery model and cost containment effort for optimal operational performance.

Caroline has extensive experience conducting deep analysis of online, digital, and social media communication and data that drive actionable strategic insights to support client objectives. With 10 years of experience developing online and social media strategies for clients, Caroline brings an understanding of the media analytics, listening, and reporting and has become a champion of providing real consumer feedback to drive results. Caroline has a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Boston University.

Rich is renowned for driving new business, building successful teams, and generating award-winning solutions. Previously, he was Vice President, Creative Director at Bionical Solutions and Vice President, Creative Director at Artcraft Health. Producing dynamic work for such notable clients as Pfizer, Novartis, Celgene, Astra Zeneca, Merck, and others, his span of therapeutic knowledge is multi-dimensional, including oncology, endocrinology, immunology, and pulmonology, as well as the clinical trial and medical device markets. Throughout his career, distinctions have included the MM&M Gold, PM360 Trailblazer, Pharma Choice Gold, New Jersey Ad Club, Interactive Media, Marcom Platinum, Communicator Award of Excellence, Graphic Design USA, and Hermes Gold Awards.
Barb has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare, medical education, communications, clinical research, and marketing sectors. She has created and managed high-performing teams that execute content deliverables across a multitude of disease states in a wide array of platforms. She successfully collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and manages the medical / legal / regulatory process. Barb is committed to designing and shaping initiatives that deliver the highest-quality work in a compliant manner. Barb holds an MS in Human Resource Management and Industrial Psychology, a BA in English, and is a licensed RN.

Senior Vice President,
Brian has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, research, education, and medical device markets. During that time, he successfully carried various compounds and devices from the pre-clinical stage through to market. His early career was spent at Baxter Lifesciences, ThermoFisher Scientific, Atcor Medical, and Artcraft Health, where collectively he supported hundreds of global and domestic clients. Brian holds a BA in economics with a minor in finance from University of Maryland, College Park. He is also certified in the principles of Good Clinical Practice developed by the International Conference on Harmonization.
Cameron brings nearly two decades of experience to helping leaders in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and market research industries. The last decade, Cameron has focused on helping Medical Affairs leaders drive the evolution of the function and crystalize its innate value within the industry and facilitated meetings amongst more than 100 companies’ Medical Affairs executive via the Medical Affairs Consortium. Cameron believes that patients deserve great medical outcomes and that this can be achieved by working collectively with medical teams to improve their processes and insights. Cameron earned his MBA in 2019 from the University of North Alabama and holds a B.A. degree in journalism, mass communications and speech communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Steve has over twenty-five years of sales, sales management and New Business Development experience supporting several segments within Pharma in both Medical and Commercial business units. Steve has extensive experience in leadership roles in medical communications agencies, medical publishing, professional education and custom Omni-channel promotional programs.
